Further to our memo BY/Cgh{W Clough}11/G.14.10.26. we now learn that the sample submitted by Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} was supplied by the Autovac Co., and that we have not a similar fault on the elbows which we make in our own Works.
