Since you left Derby we have had no information whatever as to your whereabouts. It is essential that we should know where you are at any time so that we can get in touch with you if we want to. Furthermore, we should like you to let us have a programme, say a week ahead, of what you are proposing to do.

At the present moment we have bumped into some trouble with Borg & Beck clutches on the Bentley due to the fact that they are not being made very well. About 200 cars are likely to be so affected. Next time you are in Derby we want to talk round the job with you, so that you can make sure that Depots are "au fait" with the problem.
