| TITE FLEX ALL METAL HOSE TITE FLEX ALL METAL HOSE Tite flex Installed as Petrol, Oil and Air Fuel Lines on Trucks Tite flex Installed as Fuel and Air Lines on Industrial Oil Burner Tite flex all-metal tubing and the special machines for its construction have been developed under the direction of the original inventor and an able engineering staff provided with every facility for experiment and test. No expense was spared in bringing Tite flex to a high degree of mechanical efficiency before its commercial introduction, and now, performance records have demonstrated its ability to give better service than is obtainable from any other form of flexible tubing. Tite flex is made of a profile strip spirally wound into a convoluted tube having a double locked fixed seam on top of each convolution. Through the convolution and diaphragm construction, this tubing attains a high degree of flexibility, while its strength and tightness is assured by the pressure-tight double locked fixed seam on top of the diaphragm section. This seam is rolled under heavy pressure, making a homogeneous mass of metal. Tite flex is inherently tight due to this unique construction. Our stock of couplings comprise solid and union fittings with standard threads and seats. These couplings are supplied on tubing cut to length to make up complete assemblies. Tite flex tubing is tested in the course of manufacture and all completed lines with couplings attached are given a final test before shipment. There is no other connection like Tite flex all-metal hose and tubing. Because of certain distinctive features in its construction, when properly installed and used in accordance with our recommendations, it will give the best possible service.
