Will you please detail and instruct the necessary parts to Schemes ECD.218 and ECD.236 for a revised type of clamped joint as per DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} 14/C.17.11.37. It is very necessary that we have these details so that the scheme can be fitted to 26.G.VI. for 10,000 miles test in France, because if proved satisfactory we would like to go into production with it. These schemes are to be used in conjunction with the rubber suspension to ECD.200. It means a considerable saving in time and money in erection as against our present method of using flanged joints.
