Park Ward have mixed up the chassis equipment with the body accessories but the fact that they have apparently sent you with the body certain items of the chassis equipment, like head and wing lamps, horns, tools and front bumper, is of no consequence because the chassis and naturally its equipment was and still is our property. In the same way, the price we agreed on for the body included the radio set and the first aid outfit because we were told that the former could not be removed and that Park Ward had no use for the latter. We take it that you do not want either and we have therefore asked Park Ward for an allowance to cover them. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
