HIGH PRESSURE PETROL PUMPS FOR U.S.A.

We think it is only reasonable that every P.III in America should be fitted with petrol pumps in the frame. Vapour lock would almost certainly occur on the present cars for 9 months of the year. In the summer the whole of the country, excepting the coast, experiences sea level temperatures up to 100°F.{Mr Friese}

If Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} agrees with our recommendation, we should be glad if he would instruct Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} to despatch the necessary pieces.

We have already had a worried letter from Adkins enumerating the troubles experienced on a car running in the States.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
