-------------------------
the brake drums were full of slush.

If and when my car comes into Derby, I think it is about time it was decarbonised; it has now run about 11,000 miles. I am not satisfied that the springing is as good as it was when new, and would dearly love to have a shot at adjusting the shock absorbers, but I suppose the powers that be would frown on such a suggestion, and would be reluctant to tell me how to perform this operation!

I wonder if you have got fed up with Barnes yet ? Write me a line when you can spare the time.

Yours ever,
