H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} has passed to me your Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/R23.6.38, in which you say you would like very much to get hold of one of these cars for trial.

If you are really anxious to do this I think I could get you one from my good friend Macintosh, who has offered to loan me one any time I want it in the near future.

Would you propose to try it in London, Brooklands or in Derby? If you will kindly let me know just what your proposals are, and the dates convenient, I will do my best to get a car for you. I am always lending a car to Mr. Smith of the Ford Co., and he has said any time I want a car he is only too glad to oblige.
