The result of this is the fan will take more Horse Power at high speed, because of the Fan blades having the extra stiffness. We do not propose to return the Cadillac Fan until we have got a value for noise.

33 GALLON PETROL TANK.

This Tank not having been previously fitted, has caused a lot of work. Bolts for the rear bumper fouled, bracing stays rear of frame fouled, 3/8" bolts under the back swab for cross stay fouled. Half a day has already been spent rectifying these troubles. We shall make it fit eventually.

BEARINGS.

T. Fisher is busily engaged fitting them, so far no snags have arisen.

OIL COOLERS.

We are first trying the original Cooler as we have strengthened the seam and wish to try it. The Cooler sent out does not appear to be any different or strengthened in any way.

When we can see this Car well on the way to being finished, we shall take the Bentley over to Paris and carry out the Clutch job.
