You will notice he states that the judder which takes place after washing has frightened him and he feels that we are not taking serious notice of his complaint. Will you please let me know what you advise. Do you not think it would be advisable to send one of your people to London to investigate this particular car? This matter of juddering, as you know, has really become quite a severe criticism of the Bentley car. C. | ||
