Serious nature of brake shudders and body troubles, and their potential causes.

you that it is not a serious matter with customers. Only 3 or 4 have pointed it out but, if the effect of the front end movement is part of our trouble with brake shudders, then I agree it is very serious as I consider brake shudders to be the most serious complaint.

If it is also the front end movement that is causing the trouble with bodies, then I also agree it is a very serious complaint, but on this question of bodies I should like to point out that the most serious troubles were with the first batch of bodies and a serious contributing feature to the troubles was the absence of the front body bracket, which was due to inaccurate information given by the technical expert, Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} to the coachbuilders.

I want to discuss at Derby very seriously this question of brake shudders because it is now being talked about, is losing us orders and is apt to do us very serious harm.
