Test on a Bentley car's rear axle which exhibited a bad over-run period.

Draper - Frames} This car was sent up to Kingsbury from Lillie Hall, Evans having turned down the rear axle. I took the opportunity to try the car. There was a bad over-run period at 1600 revs. per min to 1400. As the axle warmed up it was more noticeable. The prop. damper load was from the feel of it standard setting.
