SpectreCodename for Phantom III 2-S-I. 10,000 miles Test.

We should very much like to have the following incorporated on this car before it goes to France :-

(1) Wing nuts for the brake adjustment of .130 lift.
(2) Clutch modifications shown on N.Sch.4578, cl utch lining in VM-20 material.
(3) Short gear lever.
(4) Pilot bearing in the crankshaft to be a journal bearing LJ-25, with Oilite cage as in 3-S-I.
