Chassis B.4.MR.

We have received a report on the servo of the above Trials car which came in to you with oil on the servo.

We understand from Hancock that the plates were cleaned and the brakes O.K.

On investigation we find that the oil must enter the servo through the shaft which is plugged with a sheet metal disc, and in this case this disc must be leaking and until this is made oil tight by sweating the trouble will recur.

We understand that you are having this car again after Easter and this matter should be put right especially as this car is to be used on Press road tests.
