PHANTOM IV RADIATOR SHUTTERS.

Dear Sirs,

You will remember that it was decided to make the Centre Stiffener on the above Shutter in one piece instead of two pieces as per samples made. When this was agreed the assembling of the shutter to the inner radiator was overlooked. We now find that if this Stiffener is made in one piece it is not possible to fit the shutter to the inner radiator because the fixing studs to the top tank are at an angle and as the shutter is solid it is not possible to get over the studs unless the holes in the Top Bracket are elongated.

We should like your comments on this. Perhaps you will be good enough to telephone the writer on Monday.

Yours faithfully,

FOR JOHN MARSTON, LIMITED.
