contd:- -2- Hsl/LG1 9.1.24. we require approximately the same as we do on the 20 HP. We can obtain maximum power on the 40/50 with Magneto ignition set at 23° B.T.D.C. for the advance. On the EAC. we require 40° B.T.D.C. This means we are more sensitive to the control and therefore a definite reason why we require automatic advance for both ignitions on the EAC. although it has not been found essential with the standard 40/50 HP.
