Swindell}5/JH.31.12.37. asking for a positive lock for the above 5.BA. screws, we have now received a complaint from RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/Wld. regarding the difficulty of producing a tab washer as small as 5.BA. We therefore suggest increasing the screw diameter to 3.BA. and fitting a KB.2952 Tab washer; tools for this latter size having already been produced.
