Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,

Dear Sirs,

ENOTS 'ONE SHOT' CHASSIS LUBRICATION.

Thank you very much indeed for your kind letter of the 16th.inst, with reference to the above.

It is quite alright regarding the model lent you and we are in no particular hurry to have it returned.

We are delighted to hear that you have decided to test the scheme out on one of your cars and we will do all we possibly can to co-operate with you and let you have any parts you require.

Regarding the flexible tube, we have a flexible which is absolutely satisfactory and have sent addressed for the attention of Mr. Hives, a short length of the std. flexible used on the low pressure side of the system and this you may cut to pieces should you care to examine the method of construction.

It should be remembered that the flexible works under very satisfactory conditions and is not being bent and twisted about as in the case of the flexible grease gun tube.

On some lay-outs such as 6-wheel commercial vehicles we have used another type of tube on the high pressure side of the system and here again we have had complete success.

Some of the original chassis we fitted up 18 months ago, which also have the rubber covered flexible tube on, are working perfectly and the tube still appears to be absolutely as good as new.

Yours faithfully,
FOR BENTON & STONE LTD.,
E.Milner. Director.
