Dear Sirs,

For the attention of - Milne Esq.,

We have to apologise for not returning to you the model out-fit of your 'One-shot' lubrication scheme. I left this model with Mr. Royce at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town. I will bring it back the next time I am visiting Birmingham which I expect will be within the next two weeks.

We are going ahead with applying the scheme to one of our cars.

We should like to know whether you have found an entirely satisfactory flexible pipe to connect from the frame to the moving axle. We should be very glad to have your recommendations on this point.

Yours faithfully,
