PARAFFIN WAX INSULATED PAPER, GRADE 503. We have now completed laboratory tests on this paper, and the results were very good. This paper stood a fairly good breakdown test, the break down volts per mil being 1570, and the leakage conductance at 100°C being only .007 micromhos.
