Birmingham.

For the attention of Mr. F.E. Eckford.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 5th inst. ref. FGE/MM, we find that we can get a 26 mm. dia. bellows in the relief valve and should therefore be glad if you would let us have one of these for experimental test, fill with liquid giving an opening at the minimum possible temperature.

We presume that it is impossible to make the bellows in a thinner material to reduce the amount of spring to be overcome.

We are urgently requiring the bellows and should therefore be glad if you would do all you can to expedite them.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
