VARIATION OF CAPACITY WITH TEMPERATURE OF PAPER CONDENSERS
J
CAPACITY (M.Fds.)
1335 CONDENSER MADE UP WITH UNTREATED WHITE PAPER AND THE WHOLE IMPREGNATED WITH COMMERCIAL PARAFFIN WAX
1577 CONDENSER MADE UP WITH UNTREATED WHITE PAPER AND THE WHOLE IMPREGNATED WITH PURE WAX. MELTING POINT:- 112°F
THE POINT 'L' ON EACH CURVE INDICATES THE TEMPERATURE AT WHICH THE CONDENSER BEGINS OR CEASES TO HAVE AN APPRECIABLE LEAKAGE, JUDGED BY ITS CAPABILITY OF HOLDING OR NOT HOLDING AN APPRECIABLE STATIC CHARGE.
