To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} - from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} - " " RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} - " " X1775 RECEIVED DEC 29 1922 Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}5/M29/12/22. Suggestions for safeguarding the secrecy of the Experimental Department. It is important from many points of view, and above all CJ's instructions, that the secrecy of the Experimental Dept. should be safeguarded in such a way that developments in design and new production should not leak out. There are suggestions put forward by Mr.Hives in order to attain this object. Could you kindly meet in my office at 3.p.m. Monday, Jan.1st. in order that we may discuss this matter fully? In the meantime I suggest that you consider every possible means of making our Experimental Dept. secret in every detail. [Signature] | ||
