Dear Sirs,

Re Cadmium Electrode.

Thank you very much for the full information you have given us in respect of the use of the Cadmium electrode for observing the condition of secondary batteries.

We have had such a cadmium electrode for some time but we have not made many observations with this, and did not really know what the observations indicated.

We are now going more thoroughly into the matter with a view to getting the experience of interpreting the indications.

We thank you for your offer to look up further particulars of the primary secondary battery but do not think this would be of any interest in our particular work. Is such a cell really of any value ?

It would also be interesting to know why your sale of the pocket voltmeter with (potential) cadmium electrode was discontinued. Was it that people did not
