BENTLEY V.{VIENNA} CHASSIS.

1st. & 3rd. MOTION SHAFTS. SECTION 6040.

To replace the Hoffmann Bearings Nos. 335. and 345. cancelled under cover of memo' BY/CRL.{C. R. Lisson}1/E.17.5.39, we wish to fit "Duplex" Bearings of the same external dimensions.

These can be obtained from Ransome & Marles, the Bearing Nos. being R.{Sir Henry Royce} & M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} "DMJT.35J." and "DMJT.45J".

The Bearings should be "Split" on the inner race and this point should be made clear if you propose to obtain them from Messrs. Hoffmanns, whose Nos. are Hoff. 335.CD. and 345.CD., also the angle of contact should be the same as the R.{Sir Henry Royce} & M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Bearings.
