Isolated customer complaints of booming, radiator jellying, and poor carburation.

Whilst I was at Springfield I was told of isolated complaints of :-

(1) Booming at 50-60 M.P.H.

(2) Radiator jellying.

(3) Poor carburation due to too low water temp.

The attached information contains suggestions for making these isolated customers happy. Naturally the information requires using with discretion as in our experience here cars requiring such treatment do not amount to 1% of the total output.
