20/25 HP. CHASSIS.

We attach hereto correspondence in connection with a complaint received by Sales from one of our customers in regard to clutch jaggers on a 20/25, from which you will see it was suggested that if N. could not cure the trouble you would deal with the matter if the car could be sent up to Derby.

When Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} was at the Works last week he handed these papers to us and pointed out that when riding in Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s car from the Station to the Works last week the clutch jagger when getting away was very bad, and suggesting that this is a car which could be taken as an example and a cure found if possible.

Will you please let us know what you propose to do in the matter, and return correspondence in due course.

BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
