EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/LG29.12.21.

X.4430 - PAPER OR SILK DIELECTRIC FOR GOSHAWK CONDENSER.

Further to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T14.12.21 and our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 2/LG17.12.21.

We now note that the LeC.1499 assumes the dielectric thickness to be .0015", whereas each of the three proposed dielectrics at present, namely -

1. .002" silk from the Loco Co.
2. .002" paper as in stock.
3. .0019" paper similar to sample submitted by the L.P.S.Co., is practically of .002" thickness.

We think we should, in accordance with the LeC., have one alternative at least of .0015" thickness. Would you therefore kindly order a similar quantity of paper or single silk not exceeding .0015" for this purpose. This could, if possible, take the place of the .0019" from the L.P.S.Co.
