It appears that the canteen can go where provisionally arranged if the cars are parked the other end of the building. You will, however, look into another site next to the existing canteen. This has the advantage that :- (a) It permits of the existing premises being used as kitchens. (b) It allows better use to be made of the space in the yard. 10. Scrap iron.
