36-EX.

We wish to try out the set of Smith's Jackall hand operated jacks on the above chassis which are at present fitted to the dummy Ph.III chassis. These of course will replace the D.W.S. jacks already instructed.

There is no scheme drawing for the Smith's jacks, but we should like you to remove the complete system from the dummy chassis, and fit it to 36-EX as near as possible to its present lay out.

The rear brackets at present on the dummy chassis are keyed wrongly, and we are obtaining from Smith's two more to suit the keys already on 36-EX axle.

Will you please instruct for this changeover to be carried out.
