For the attention of Mr. Nichols. Dear Sirs, Hydraulic Jacks for Ph.III. Both the return springs on the front jacks of the Phantom III have failed. We are sending one jack to you by Passenger Train for your examination, and are retaining the other. We shall be glad if you will let us have a modification to overcome the failure as soon as possible, as we wish to fit these Jacks to one of our Trials cars.
