29-WJ.

This is the car anonymously referred to in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/MJ.14.12.29. The complaint is that the springing control is bad and uncomfortable. There is evidence that with four people up on moderate roads at 45 m.p.h. frequent bumping on the buffers has occurred, and that also on potholes at slower speeds the jerkiness of the car is bad.

This car should have been sent to Sa. in Madrid during the next few days, and much inconvenience is being experienced by reason of the delay which this springing consideration entails in addition to work which must be done to the body by Windovers before the car goes away.

It is desired please that you will do all in your power to get the springing of this car O.K.

We anticipate that the shock absorbers are perhaps primarily responsible for the present trouble.

Immediately your work is finished the car will go to Windovers for attention.
