Dear Mr. King,

PROPOSED NEW SMALLER ONE PIECE OVERRIDER.

My letter dated 1st July, confirmed we had despatched the modified pair of new overriders.

Since this date I have heard nothing further from you in this matter and I would be most interested to know what has transpired? I do trust there has been no adverse criticism of this new overrider design.

Due to manufacturing difficulties, it does seem very important to try and dispense with the present two piece overrider if we possibly can, and I am able to confirm I am now in the position where I could give your Purchase Department some idea of the cost saving and tool cost.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

(W. Lawrence)
