STEERING. No.
(1) Wobbles, front wheels out of balance. Bakelite packs, 1.
load on cross steering tubes dropped. reduced castor, 1.
and less sponge on 39EX
(2) Joggles, side steering tube load. Wraith wheel movt. 9.
(3) Sticking. Presumably same cause as (6) 1.
(4) Knocks loose on frame. Positive mounting on 39Ex. 1.
(5) Wandering, cross steering tubes contacts seizing up. Bakelite pads. 1.
Over size roller fitted. Manufacturing fault. 1.
(6) Side play in roller of rocker shaft. Casehardening 6.
rollers broken. increased in depth. 1.
(7) Slack in G.M. bush top of column. Nothing. 1.

UNEVEN WEAR OF FRONT TYRES.

(1) Incorrect inclination of front wheels, 1.
suspension springs weak.

CLUTCH.

(1) Shuddering, long plate fitted.) Continue fitting Long Plate - 32.

RATTLE IN TRANSMISSION.

(1) Gearbox stay required. 15.
(2) Squeak leather washers in prop shaft joints. 1.
Brazing breaking away rear end. 1.
(3) Rear driving dogs, rattle. 3.
Dry - noisy. 4.
(4) Front hub (squeak) roller race dry. 1.
