re. Phantom III Coachwork.

I have now managed to get hold of the weight of all the ironwork as recommended by ourselves for the strengthening up of the above type of body, as fitted to bodies made by Park Wards. This is 42½ lbs.

I am hoping shortly to be in possession of the weight of this ironwork as done by other Coachbuilders, but the rush for the show has rather put this back, but it would seem from the above weight that the estimated figure of 1 cwt as given to us by other Coachbuilders is rather over-estimated.
