because the mere changing of the bulb gives a different character to the light, so that with a standard lamp, varying tastes can be met by this simple expedient. We are sending for your trial, a pair of these bulbs and should much appreciate your views, and if you think it desirable you might care to insert this information in your sales catalog, because after all, the type of light is largely a matter of personal opinion.

Two Way Switch.
We are working on this item and have laid out a simple action which we think will be quite reliable and straightforward to manufacture.

Wing Lamps. We have been experimenting with the casting mixture for these, because it has not been possible to finish them in nickel or chromium plate, but we are pleased to state that this difficulty now appears to have been overcome. We have also noted your remarks with reference to the front rim, and in the near future these will all be in nickel finish instead of aluminium.

Screen Wiper. We have carefully noted your comments concerning this item and although we have a later model based on the same general construction, which we feel largely overcomes the points you raise because we have introduced a locking device which holds the arm out of vision when not in use, and avoids the flopping about and consequent strain on the link and gearing, and in addition we have altered the crank arrangement and introduced a rack and pinion for the final reversing motion which incidentally enables us to give a larger angle of wipe. Nevertheless, we feel that this class of wiper will not quite meet your requirements, and that one designed specifically for a higher class of vehicle such as yours will be necessary to meet all your needs. We are pleased to say that this matter has been engaging our attention for some considerable time now, and that our experimental models are nearing completion. If the writer feels that they are sufficiently advanced to interest you, it can be arranged for you to see them in the early stages, so that we may have the benefit
