GENERAL.

(1) It was agreed that we recommend the design of body of 9.B.5. having no running boards. Having given Park Wards the release on the structure, we are only at liberty to make small modifications to the panel forms.
(Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}). Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} will supply particulars of the design and material of the mud flap under the front wing. A scheme for a shield on the rear door covering the rear wing, made of Staybrite and partially painted will be seen on a car in a few days.
(Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}). Park Wards are to shew us an example of a swept running board applied to this car, after the design of those fitted to similar Vanvooren bodies. This scheme would be an alternative should some form of platform step be insisted on by a customer.
(2) The wing lamp of 9.B.5. was approved for appearance, but it was agreed that the bulb and connections must be accessible from the lamp front. BY/HD.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} to produce scheme.
