(BY/RD.) The cast tail lamp stem as submitted was not generally liked, and BY/RD. will produce an improved design on the lines suggested by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

A luggage carrying boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} we know is imperative and this precludes the use of the normal built in combination number plate.

(EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}) A reverse lamp will have to be provided in the rear panel.

(Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/Std) If the heater is to be a standard equipment of the chassis it was agreed we would prefer to go to the R.R. design made by Marstons, and bear the tool charge, as it is lighter, smaller, and possibly cheaper in this case. If it is an optional extra we should recommend the Smith's Hadees.

(EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}) Defroster ducts are to be provided in the screen rail to our design. The defroster can be optional. When provided it should have a control valve.

(5)
(Bp/RC{R. Childs}) It was stated that the Ferranti radio set is the only good set available, and it was agreed therefore that it should be catered for as an optional extra. Efforts are to be made to get makers to reduce its weight and size.

(6)
(Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}) The Everall door locks were stated to be satisfactory in England, but not so in France. The door pillar female wedge needs to be made of a higher tensile material.

(7)
(Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}) Central screen control with hand wheel in place of handle was agreed to. Stiff screen frame to be used.

(8)
(Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}) The luggage boot panel to have finer radius at junction to rear quarter. A locker of maximum dimensions to be provided under rear boot floor. Rear boot floor to make good seal against wheelarches and to be as nearly gastight as possible.
