With the proposed modification the Phantom governor controls will be equal to the Silver Ghost(1907 40/50 historic RAC 15,000 miles trial). We recommend this modification is adopted at once. Road Test Report. Fitted to 8-EX Car. Before any cars are delivered fitted with this scheme, we shall have completed thousands of miles with it.
