X9410 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from CJ. CJ1/E18/11/24 PN{Mr Northey} complains of bumping on to the rubber buffer in chassis which he has tried recently. He seems to think that the size of the rubber buffer has been increased and the clearance diminished. Is this so? If so, what do the drivers, who are driving cars in France, say in this connection?
