X6121 GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}5/T1.1.32. re. 20/25HP Centre Light Switch and Engine Starter. I entirely agree with EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}'s remarks, and it is a point I also forgot to mention in my report, but no less than three times in the short time I ran this car. I pressed the Starter Lever in mistake for the lighting switch. The fact that the switch has been placed so far to the left of the starter lever, apparently to give a good separation, has aggravated the position.
