TESTS ON BROCKLEY HILL.

20-HP. Chassis.
Start. Pass A.A. man at 20-m.p.h. to finish last telegraph post about 20 yards from top of hill, 80 seconds.
(Good road conditions)

"New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I" Chassis.
Start at first telegraph post, at 10 m.p.h. pass small road on right hand side, go to telegraph post just [text struck through] preceding the post to which you go on 20-HP (about 120 yards from the top of hill) 49 seconds.

Much depends upon loads carried, type of body, wind resistance, type of tyres, condition of road surfaces, atmospheric conditions and direction of wind.
