Since writing the above, I gather from C's remarks over the telephone that it is agreed we fit M.A.2 type Tyres, and M.A.2 type only, until such time as the Dunlop Company can give us the new "90" type, and the new "90" type only, and I am advising Shipping-Department accordingly. I understand from them, however, that there are one or two chassis to which the "90" type have already been fitted in response to a specific request from Mr. Barnes. Meantime we are asking the Dunlop Company to speed up their manufacturing arrangements with the "90" pattern Tyre so that bulk supplies can be available within 4 weeks. ROY. {Mr H.
