Description of Parts. REAR ENGINE SUSPENSION - USING 19 SWG SPRING STEEL DUAL PLATES & DIABOLO RUBBER BUFFERS.
Origin. Scheme to damp out high speed engine vibrations.
Experimental Test Report.
Fitted to 15-EX and ran 10,000 miles in France.
Run 100 hrs. on the bumping test without failure.
Road Test Report.
Run 10,000 miles in France. Engine very free from high speed vibration.
Suspension remained sound and in good condition.
Fitted to 14-EX and 10-EX with satisfactory results.
