Sales have handed to us the whole of the information, drawings, and model of the method of body flexible suspension used by Messrs. Bradburne and Wedge.

Judging from our own experience with a similar mounting on chassis GF.68., we can believe that considerable advantages have been derived thereby, but we think the system as carried out by Bradburne & Wedge is not suitable for universal use. In the case of cabriolets, phaetons, all-weathers, and any other variety of car not having a fixed roof, we feel sure that the bottom side of the body has not sufficient rigidity alone to maintain its original shape. Doors will either bind or fall open when the various seats are loaded.

On chassus GF.68 fitted with a Barker landaulet we have a body built on an under-frame, mounted on a flexible suspension. If Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} hasnot already received this car he will do so in a day or two, and we think you would like to try the car and examine the design.

Would you please give Bradburne & Wedge our criticisms and point out to them that they must stiffen their bottom side by means of a sheet metal web.
