Coverley - Production Engineer} x500a Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}4/KW.20.3.36. 22-G-V.{VIENNA} This car is returning to Derby to-morrow to be brought up to date before crossing over to France. Will you therefore please fit the following modifications :- (1) Crinkly plate servo, Hartford type friction on the swinging arm. (2) Clutch case to the standard production L.O.P. (3) Rear axle with Ph.III centre box. (4) Rear shock dampers which are at present on 21-G-IV, as these are the only dampers which have cast-iron bushes. (5) Correct air silencer. (6) Clutch operating lever G.57150. (7) Radiator shutters corrected. We understand the correct petrol pump mounting is not yet ready.
