We have now had an opportunity of seeing the Tangye Jack which you sent us, and wish to make the following observations for your consideration :- 1). That the angle of inclination of the handle to the ground when operating, be increased. One has to stoop too much to operate this Jack and it would appear this could be bettered. 2). The handle is very heavy and we suggest it could be lightened by being made of tubing instead of solid. 3). The joint in the handle is not a good one and we prefer the Michelin type if that could be adapted. 4). We suggest that a brace end to the handle be provided in lieu of a 'T' handle. With these modifications, we have reason to believe that the Jack should be a very good substitute for the one we have been using, particularly in viewof your being satisfied with it in other respects.
