Dear Barclay,

I am afraid your prospective client for the Bentley has decided that he would do better if he let the Government have his money, so I am returning your photograph herewith and think we shall have to let the matter rest for the time being.

Many thanks for the trouble you have taken, and also for the new Catalogue which you sent me the other day.
