RE CHATEAUROUX.

Thank you for your memo Sr/Go.18.11.37 concerning Mr. Behnan. We much appreciate the attitude you have taken, and are in agreement with your remarks.

We shall be glad to avail ourselves of the services of Mr. Behnan when 15,000 miles tests are in progress, at the rate of Frs.1800 per month as proposed by you. We understand that you would continue to pay him this salary, and charge the amount to R.R. Ltd. against our current order number which we will give you at the start of the tests.

We anticipate that there will be a Bentley coming out shortly after Christmas and that it will be followed in January by a 25/30. We will, however, give you more exact information when we are in a position to fix dates.

When the tests on these two cars are completed we expect an interval of possibly six months before any further cars come to France for 15,000 miles tests.

You may rest assured that we shall do all in our power to make the arrangement work out to our mutual satisfaction.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux}
