Vickers}30.10.37, we shall be attending to our Continental Trials car 3.AZ.20 in a few days' time, it being agreed that we shall fit the set of connecting rods incorporating big end bearing shells in Hall's A.C.6 alloy which you sent us. However, before fitting the above, Sr. has asked me to drop you a line to make sure that, in view of trouble which has recently developed with A.C.2 alloy, there is no risk of our experiencing trouble with A.C.6 alloy.
